Time sheet entries show with the most recent time sheet entry listed at the top of the list so you can quickly see your recent progress. Next, we have our time entries for the day.

Note: The general timer can only be started or stopped on the current date.

Note: Time entries can only be added for the current day in the app, but previously logged time can be viewed.

The current month: Tap this to open a date selector so that you can navigate to a different date.

The Gear icon: Tap this to take you to your app account settings.

Starting at the top of the page, the top navigation bar is where you'll find: The Time Sheet tab from the bottom menu shows an overview of all the time logged for the day. Learn more about the schedule in the Jobber App. Note: Timers must be started in the app and currently be running to appear in list view. If you want to add additional team members so that you can view their schedules as well as their active timers, select them from the Team Members list. To navigate to the list view, tap the View options icon.

If you have an active timer running on a visit, the elapsed time will show in the list view so you can see quickly how long you've spent on a visit as well as what is next in your day. From the visit, tap the Complete button to un-complete the visit, then start the visit timer. Once a visit is marked complete, you won't be able to start a timer on that visit again unless the visit is un-completed. If you already had the general timer running, it will start again now that the visit timer has stopped. Once you are done with all the work at this property, stop the visit timer. If you are invoicing per visit, this allows you to keep the timer running while creating an invoice so that you can allocate the time spent invoicing to the visit. The visit timer can still run even when the visit is completed. To mark a visit complete, you do not need to stop the visit timer first. Tap Stop Timer from the time sheet entry for that visit. The visit timer can also be stopped from the Time Sheet tab.

You can then mark the visit complete if the work on this visit is all done. This is the same button you tapped to start the visit timer, however now it will show a running timer for the visit. Once a visit is done, tap the Timer button to stop the timer from running and logging time on that job. Starting a visit timer will automatically stop the general timer, if you have one running. To start a visit timer go to the Schedule tab, then tap on a visit, then tap Start Timer. Note: Visit timers are only available on visits for jobs, assessments do not have visit timers. When the visit timer is stopped, the general timer will start back up to log time until the next visit. If you already have the general timer running while the visit timer is started, the general timer will be paused until the visit timer is stopped so that time isn't logged twice. Starting a visit timer logs time against a job. You will likely only clock out at the end of your day to stop the general timer. To stop a general timer, select Clock out. The general timer will run until either a visit timer is started, or until the general timer is stopped. To start a general timer, select the Time Sheet tab from the bottom menu, then Clock In. Since this timer is general, it can be used for a variety of purposes including tracking travel time between visits or for time spent at your company's HQ before heading out on your first appointment. The general timer is typically only started once first thing in the morning. To track time all day, including time between jobs, you will want to start a general timer when you start your day at work. Time tracking is available on select plans. Visit timers allocate the time logged to the job. General timers are not tied to a job and are good for tracking time between visits, breaks, or unscheduled time. There are two categories of timers in Jobber- general timers and visit timers. The timers in the app populate your time sheets both in the mobile app and, which you can then use to reference how much time was spent on certain jobs or for your payroll. Time can be logged on specific jobs or more generally.
